Micromax Doodle 3 A102, Specifications and Review.

It always feels so good to be gifted by someone. Yes it does. And being a normal human being my Diwali was delighted when my better half gifted me a Micromax Canvas Doodle 3. So here I am to share my review about Micromax Canvas Doodle 3.

Micromax has always tended to surprise its consumers with the series of phones it has been launching. It has completely changed the face of the cellphones specially one which runs on android operating systems. It has launched n-number of phones in the market and now is one among the leading cellphone seller in the nation. But when Micromax first brought Doodle 3 in the market it was as good as an useless piece of crap because of its ROM and RAM being packed with very low memory. But it wasn't too late when the company realised its mistake and re-launched the phone with double RAM and ROM in the market and now this phone by the Micromax company is rocking the cellphone market.

Lets have a glance at the phone's specifications

It has 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor.
Comes with 15.24 cm High Brightness, FWVGA Screen.
Runs on Kitkat 4.4 Android Operating System.
Possesses 1 GB RAM and 8 GB ROM.
Has 2500 mah battery.
HD Video recording and Playing facility.
Supports both 3G and 2G band.
And it has GPS facility enabled too.

Review of the phone

Talking about the performance of the phone it runs great and of course it should, as it has been packed with good 1.3 GHz CPU and 1 GB RAM. The Display is not so good but you can't ask for a better display in this price range. Yes did i forget to mention that this phone is available for Rs.6499 in the market? Yes you heard me right. All the above specifications at such a cheap price. The display of Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 is a bit noisy, but it's 6 inch display tricks the looks of the phone and believe me no one is going to say that the phone you are carrying is not a very highly priced one. The other feature which makes the phone classy is the magnetic flip cover which gives you a small window to check date, time and answer your calls too like LG and Samsung. The mammoth size screen lets you watch videos and play games easily. The audio quality is not so good but yet its quite audible and clear. The phone has a very high speed WiFi connectivity. Also it works well on 3G through which you can experience a download speed of 21Mbps and an upload speed of 5.76 Mbps. The phone has an internal memory of 8 GB and can be extended up to 32 GB externally.

This phone may have a few glitches or may run slow a bit sometimes, like for an example when i play a game the screen seems to freeze a bit and the game seems to run slow. Some applications which occupy a large space on the RAM also seems to slag a bit but the fact is that the company is providing all it can and even more then that what is generally offered in this price range. Paying Rs.6500 or even Rs.7000 for this phone is a total value being paid for your money. So in my opinion I would rate this phone a 8.5/10. Also unlike other Micromax phones like Canvas HD A116 and Micromax Elanza 2 the applications downloaded from the play store can be directly installed to the external memory source which saves the users from the headache of low memory of the device. I have been using this device and exploring it in and out since last few days and I have really liked what Micromax has provided. And I really would suggest people to go for this phone if someone is looking for a good handset under 10 thousands.
